1.Find the schedule appointment button on the home page of this site or click “schedule booking”. Appointment is also available by telephone. Scheduling is on a first come first serve basis.

1.At time of appointment Alloil serviceman will arrive at the customer’s vehicle location. If work is to be performed on property other than the owners a waiver must be signed by the property owner or authorized authority.
2.The serviceman will need access to the vehicles keys either from the customer or a designated key drop. If additional services are requested at the time of appointment a work order must be signed by the customer.
a. Keys are provided to the serviceman for relocation of the vehicle to a safe work area, clearing code/reset engine oil service light, and brief running in idle to ensure work was performed to specifications. All of Ohio/Federal laws, rules,penalty’s etc. apply.
3. Serviceman will complete services in a no hassle timely professional manner.
4. Once work is complete the serviceman will return keys to the customer or designated location, communicate the service completed, answer any questions to the best of their ability, and collect payment.
